Refunds & Accounts Policy
At Skainet, we want to provide a transparent and fair experience for our users. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for our services. Our approach to cancellations and account termination is as follows:
Cancellation of Account
You have the flexibility to cancel your Skainet account at any time. When you choose to cancel your account, the following applies:
- Use of Credits: You will retain access to your account and any remaining credits until the end of your current billing period. Your credits will be available for you to use until they are exhausted.
- Expiration of Unclaimed Credits: Please note that any unclaimed credits remaining in your account after cancellation will expire 90 days from the date of cancellation. It’s important to use your remaining credits within this timeframe.
- Data Termination: Additionally, all data associated with cancelled accounts will be securely terminated 12 months after the date of cancellation. This includes documents, files, and any other information related to the account.
- Account Termination by the Company: The company reserves the right to delete and terminate an account if necessary, providing notifications to the user’s contact information at the time of signing. This may occur in exceptional circumstances or due to violations of our terms and policies.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused credits or the remaining duration of your subscription period. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- No Automatic Renewals: Skainet does not engage in automatic renewal of your subscription. You have full control over whether to continue using our services beyond your current billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
While we do not typically provide refunds, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. If you believe that you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, please contact our support team at hiskainet@gmail.com. We will review your case on an individual basis and assess whether any exceptions apply.
Privacy and Data Security
Rest assured that your data privacy is important to us. We do not sell personal data, and all workspaces you create or resell to sub-users will be private, ensuring that not even the Admin can access them.
