Admin Reseller Agreement Terms
These terms govern your use of Skainet as an Admin with a reseller account. Please carefully read and understand the following agreement:
- Admin Reseller Responsibilities
As an Admin with a reseller account, you have the following responsibilities:
- You are solely responsible for leasing personalized plans to your own sub-users at a discretionary cost.
- You are responsible for any collections, disputes, or issues that may arise between you and your sub-users.
- You must maintain the terms and conditions, including pricing and contractual agreements, with your sub-users.
- Service Interruptions
Skainet strives to provide uninterrupted AI services to Admins and their sub-users. However, in the event of service interruptions caused by Skainet affecting your sub-users’ AI services, Skainet will make reasonable efforts to resolve such interruptions promptly.
- Payment and Collections
Skainet is not responsible for Admins’ sub-users’ payments to Admins or any related financial transactions. Admins are solely responsible for collecting payments from their sub-users and managing any financial matters.
- Pricing and Agreements
Skainet is not responsible for the pricing offered by Admins to their sub-users or any contractual agreements between Admins and sub-users. Admins have full discretion in setting prices and terms.
- Sub-User Leaves and Plan Cancellations
Skainet is not responsible for sub-users’ decisions to leave the platform or cancel their plans. Admins are responsible for managing their sub-users’ accounts, including handling cancellations and account terminations.
- Account Termination
Skainet reserves the right to terminate an Admin’s account for any violation of this agreement. In the event of account termination, all Admin plan credits will expire three months after the cancellation of the plan. Admins are responsible for informing their sub-users of account closures.
- Sub-Admin Accounts
Sub-admin accounts will remain active until all their credits expire, and they will be subject to the same three-month rule regarding the expiration of credits.
- Sub-User Upgrades
All sub-users have the ability to upgrade their accounts to any other plans offered by Skainet independently.

Please note that these terms are not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and disclaimers. Admins are encouraged to seek legal advice and ensure they have appropriate agreements and policies in place with their sub-users to address specific situations that may arise in the course of their reseller activities.

Sub-User Agreement
This agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for your use of Skainet services as a sub-user. Please read and understand the following terms:
- Services Provided by Admins
- You acknowledge that your access to Skainet services is provided by an Admin who has a reseller account with Skainet.
- The Admin is responsible for leasing personalized plans to sub-users, collections, disputes, pricing, and contractual agreements.
- Skainet is not responsible for the services provided by Admins or any issues that may arise in the course of your dealings with the Admin.
- Service Interruptions
- Skainet strives to provide uninterrupted AI services. However, in the event of service interruptions caused by Skainet affecting your AI services, Skainet will make reasonable efforts to resolve such interruptions promptly.
- Payment and Collections
- You understand that your payments, collections, and financial transactions are managed by the Admin. Skainet is not responsible for these financial matters.
- Pricing and Agreements
- The pricing for the services you receive is determined by the Admin. Any contractual agreements you have, including pricing and terms, are between you and the Admin. Skainet is not a party to these agreements.
- Account Cancellations and Leaves
- You acknowledge that Skainet is not responsible for your decision to leave the platform or cancel your plan. Account cancellations and plan terminations are managed by the Admin. You should refer to your agreement with the Admin for details on account management.
- Acknowledgment of Skainet’s Limited Responsibility
- You acknowledge that Skainet is not responsible for the services provided by Admins, payment disputes, pricing, or any issues arising from your dealings with Admins.
- Compliance with Admin’s Policies
- You are responsible for complying with the policies, terms, and conditions set by the Admin who provides you with Skainet services.
- Compliance with Skainet’s General Terms and Conditions
- In addition to complying with the Admin’s policies, you are also required to follow Skainet’s general Terms and Conditions for the use of Skainet’s services. These terms are applicable to all sub-users regardless of the Admin’s policies.

- If you have any questions, concerns, or issues related to your Skainet services, including payment-related queries, you should contact the Admin who manages your account directly.
- Additional Disclaimers
- Please note that this Agreement does not cover all possible scenarios. It is essential to review any additional terms or policies provided by the Admin.
